The hotel had excellent comfortable rooms, but they were a bit gloomy and could use a makeover. The shower cubicle was small, and I had to ask for toilet paper at reception. The lack of parking was inconvenient as I had to find parking elsewhere. Despite these issues, the standard room I had was comfortable and clean, with no major problems. The location was within walking distance of Torquay town centre, providing a lovely view of surrounding gardens. The dining experience was generally good, although the hash browns were kept warm and a bit rubbery. The facilities were adequate, but there was no availability of Wi-Fi in the base rooms of the hotel.

I had a lovely time at the hotel. The room was small but clean and nice, overlooking a charming patio area. The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful, especially with accommodating my dietary needs. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, and the evening meals were also very good.
